About this fabric
Kota Doria is a GI-tagged handwoven textile from Kota and Kaithun in Rajasthan. It is made by interlacing cotton and silk threads on a traditional pit loom to create a distinctive small square (khat) pattern. The fabric is extremely lightweight, breathable, and has a characteristic transparent shimmer due to the silk content. Each dupatta is woven by hand and has a crisp, airy drape that makes it ideal for summer and festive wear. Kota Doria is available in plain (white or ivory), solid dyed, printed with block or screen, and zari-bordered variants. The fabric gets softer with every wash and is considered a luxury everyday dupatta in the ethnic wear segment.

Care instructions
Hand wash only in cold water with very mild soap. Do not machine wash, wring, or bleach. Dry flat in shade - never hang as it may stretch. Iron at low heat. Handle with care as the open weave is delicate.
